Shipping & Turnaround Policies

Production Time:

We currently offer one business day production for all orders. The only exceptions are unusually large orders, postcards and business cards, and any product offerings not listed on our website. The cutoff time for one business day production is 5PM EST. Here are three examples

1) If you place your order Tuesday at 4:50PM EST, it will be produced and shipped on Wednesday.

2) If you place your order Friday at 4:50PM EST, it will be produced and shipped on Monday.

3) If you place your order Friday at 6:00PM EST, it will be produced and shipped on Tuesday.

Shipping Time:

Synchronize Your Watches … shipping time begins after we print, package, and ship your order. Signs.com uses FedEx for all our shipping. Use standard shipping if you’re not in a rush; or pay a little extra for faster delivery. We provide estimated arrival dates for your order based on ship type at checkout.

If you’d like to know how quickly ground shipping will get to you, the chart below will provide you with an estimate.

The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please go to Get Rates & Transit Times under the Ship tab on fedex.com. FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

Track Your Order:

Wanna know what’s up with your order? Go to Myaccount/OrderHistory to track your sign’s progress through the journey of printing, finishing and shipping. Once we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email to let you know that your goodies are en route and to give you the tracking number for up-to-date info.

Free Shipping:

We know you love free stuff – we do too! Enjoy free ground shipping with every order over $75. This excludes rigid materials over 36″ in either direction and is only available to non-APO addresses within the contiguous United States. Multi-location orders qualify for free shipping per location.

APO/FPO Addresses:

We do not ship directly to APO/FPO addresses. However, if you need to have your order sent to an APO/FPO address you are able to do so by using one of the many third-party forwarding services available. Start by signing up with a forwarding service (such as APO Box). They will then provide you with a U.S. address that you can use when completing your order on Signs.com. We will then ship your order to the address provided, and your chosen forwarding service will then ship your order to your APO/FPO address. Please note that charges may be required from your chosen forwarding service provider in addition to Signs.com standard shipping charges.

International Shipments:

We can ship internationally, but it does require a custom quote. International orders do not fall into our standard production timeline and may take longer to produce. Additional fees may apply. Please give us a call at 888.222.4929 or contact us to get a quote on international shipping costs.
